At Movu-Robotics, we implemented Noveco in October 2024 as integral part of our Greenfield S4 implementation project.

Movu-Robotics is active in “project business” which means it is crucial for us to have correct planning, forecasting, margin follow of all our different projects.

With Noveco we found an add-on that is capable of doing all of this directly inside SAP.

At Movu-Robotics we use:

  • The Noveco Gantt Chart to do the planning of our projects (by our project managers)
  • The Noveco Work Bench to manage our planning, budgets & forecasts + analyse the current status of a project in real time
  • The Resource Planning module of Noveco we are not using yet but this is on our roadmap for this year

To support us in this implementation we counted on the support of Ewald-Consulting whom were very professional & very reactive throughout the full implementation.

Together we made this implementation a success.

With Noveco ePM, our project managers can quickly identify and respond to cost deviations. By consolidating all project data in one place, Noveco highlights potential cost risks early, enabling us to take timely action and helping us to stay on budget. Noveco ePM also provides our project managers with a tool to forecast their projects by managing the cost to complete and distributing it by period. This information is essential for the accounting department to perform month-end closings and revenue forecasting.
